We provide online consultations and prescription weight loss treatments in accordance with UK pharmacy law and clinical guidelines. Our services are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

All consultations are conducted online via our secure questionnaire platform. Our prescribers review each submission individually. A prescription will only be issued where it is deemed clinically appropriate.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your health, current medications, and medical history. Providing false or misleading information may result in harm and will void these terms.
Our prescriptions are issued in accordance with UK clinical guidelines. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation. Prescription decisions are solely at the discretion of our qualified prescribers.
Prescriptions are valid for dispensing through our pharmacy only and cannot be transferred to third-party pharmacies.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly before you complete a purchase.
If your consultation results in no prescription being issued, a partial refund may be available for the medication cost, excluding any consultation or service fees. Please see our Cancellations and Refunds section below.
Once your prescription has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day via a tracked delivery service.
Deliveries are made to UK addresses only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery information provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to protect your privacy.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our prescriber for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensed, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medications in line with UK pharmacy regulations.
If your prescription is not approved, the cost of any medication will be refunded. Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical review has been completed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us promptly via our website or email. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 working days.

Weight loss medications carry risks and side effects. All treatment decisions are made by qualified prescribers; however, you accept responsibility for monitoring your own health during treatment and for reporting any concerns to us or your GP promptly.
